Five horizons.
One primitive.
The tier is a triple of (retention, anchoring, signature). The wire is the same; only the policy changes. Promote a ledger from T1 to T3 with a single API call. Both pillars — storage and compute — are available at every tier; contract calls inherit the tier of the state-ledger they touch.
Pricing below is in euro and indicative for the early-access period of Epher Cloud (the public mesh). Volume and committed-use discounts available; talk to us. Epher Enterprise is per-host, not per-call; Epher Sovereign is a bespoke contract; Epher Community is free with KYC.

Contracts: per call, by unit-of-work.
Each Borz contract step records bytes-in, bytes-out, and a deterministic operation count. On Epher Cloud these are billed at a flat per-unit rate; a step that touches a T3 state-ledger also incurs that tier's storage cost for the resulting receipt entry.
